We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was plenty big enough for my husband and me. The balcony was lovely to sit on, and the owner was very helpful, pointing out places to visit and eat. Dimora is a wonderful little stay in Lecce's historic center.

The host was warm and helpful, and communication was clear and easy. Breakfast was a treat, with scrambled eggs made to order and typical Italian/Puglia pastry. The building itself is beautiful, and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything is within walking distance, and there's even a large rooftop terrace. I'd happily stay here again.

A lovely Italian breakfast, very kind hosts, and a fantastic rooftop made for a great stay at Dimora San Giuseppe. We'd definitely return the next time we visit Puglia.

Parking is the one downside. You have to leave the car outside the old town, though you can drive up to the dimora to drop off your luggage. We found plenty of spaces about a 5-10 minute walk away. The dimora is right in the old town, a lovely spot for a nighttime walk. The service was great, the room had very good facilities, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was small but high quality, with seasonal fruit like cherries and peaches. I loved it. The terrace was cosy and cute for enjoying the evening atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

The rooftop terrace was great for morning coffee, an evening drink, or a bit of sunbathing. You're right in central Lecce, close to good bars and restaurants. Everything felt high quality, and breakfast was lovely too. A lovely place for a getaway.
