The only good thing was how close it is to the city center. The photos don't match the reality: the hotel feels worn out and outdated in most ways, and the quality wasn't acceptable even for the prices. Some parts were more than just worn, they were dirty. Breakfast was very lackluster, nowhere near standard quality. The beds were extremely hard, and the shower water swung between unbearably hot and cold with no useful way to adjust it. You could hear even the smallest sounds, like other guests walking past.

My room was roomy and cleaned every day, which made things comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the hot chocolate, which was better than at many other hotels I've stayed in. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano, and I'm really satisfied. I'd gladly come back!

The room they called a suite was awful: mold, just a mattress, no proper room light, very poor hygiene, and smelly towels. The whole place left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend it. You can find better places for less. The booking showed rooms at 60/70 euros, but they charged us 94 euros and didn't give us a bill. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE A TOURIST!!

The website advertises a spa, but the place seems to have been “under renovation” for a geological era. When I asked the manager when it might open, I got a vague smile of the sort you might see from a politician or magician. This hotel feels like a sociological experiment in disappointment, with a 1970s Eastern Bloc dormitory atmosphere. Towels look like original fixtures from the grand opening, while the air conditioner hums beside your pillow like a vacuum cleaner all night. In the restaurant, rain drips from the ceiling onto the breakfast buffet, bringing a little natural flavor to the morning eggs. The corridors and stairwell carpets look like an archaeological exhibit of decades of stains, and every floorboard creaks like it shares your regret at being there. The key cards don't work, so you get a single brass key, like at a small-town inn in 1962. Cute until you realize there's only one. It was clearly built for crowds, but only half the elevators work, and the buttons seem to make up which floor you're on. Stay away unless you enjoy irony with a side of rainwater.

Definitely not four stars!!! The beds were really uncomfortable, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and the toilet seat was broken. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful!!! We picked this hotel because it advertised a pool and spa. Guess what, both are closed for repairs!!!
