The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Everything was clean and good enough. I’d definitely suggest staying here.

Free parking is available near the property, though spaces are limited, and Via Balduini is in a blue-striped parking zone. The apartment we were given was at a different address from the one on the website, and we only found out when we arrived at the wrong address. A heads-up a few hours earlier would have been enough. The apartment’s amenities also didn’t match the booking.com description: there was no kitchen, the bedroom had no closet, and the bathroom wasn’t fully separated from the living room, so odors carried between them. The apartment wasn’t fully finished, and the warehouse-style entrance door felt decidedly unsafe. Photos of the actual apartment were added to booking.com after our stay.

We had a wedding to attend, so it was hard to predict exactly when we’d arrive. Francesco explained how to get into the house on our own, and that worked smoothly. When we left the next morning, we did that independently too, but in our hurry we left a phone in the room. We contacted Francesco once we noticed, and he kindly brought it back to us. We stayed in the Princess Room, which was very spacious, with the beds, sofa, and table shown in the photos. The house felt welcoming and modern, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathrooms were spotless, with very large showers, and the rooms were warm with comfortable beds. It’s a welcoming home in an upscale part of Lecce, close to the city centre.
