Santa Marta Suites & Apartments

The best part was the staff, especially the manager, who helped us with directions, taxis, and food. The place was spacious, lovely, and clean, with a patio off the kitchen. It’s close to Lecce’s old center and some excellent restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again.

A top five-star stay.

We appreciated the spacious room, the well-maintained interior, and the excellent breakfast with fresh products. The young man who welcomed us was kind, too. The apartment is very close to the center. The bed did creak when we moved, which was the one downside. If we’re back in Lecce, we’ll definitely try to book here again. Recommended.

The house had the feel of a farmhouse, with very high ceilings and natural light coming through hidden skylights. Its rooms and colors were elegant, and the furnishings had character, from the rough-cut table by the entrance to the sand-colored resin bathroom. Everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. To reach it, you open a door into an ancient stone building with a wide staircase in Piera and wrought iron, candles in the corners, and an unexpected garden beyond. Reception was efficient, and the place was super clean. The value for money was dreamy. I’d love to live in a place like this at auction.
