Studio apartment with kitchen in the historic center of Lecce-Casa Anibaldi

Silvia gave us a warm, helpful welcome. The apartment is right in central Lecce, but it was still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. It’s clean, vintage in style, and far more spacious than we expected. The bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen had excellent cooking equipment. Thank you!

We were in Lecce for a wedding near the cathedral, just a few steps from the house, and stayed three nights from July 15 to 18, 2022. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with fresh towels, and the kitchen and bedrooms had all the comforts we needed. The atmosphere felt healthy and comfortable. Even in the heat, our nights were truly “cool,” and we never felt too hot. It was an excellent stay.

Restaurants, bars, and Lecce’s beautiful historic center are only about 50 meters away, but at night our apartment stayed completely quiet. It was just the balance of evening life and calm we wanted. Set in a quiet private courtyard, the place is spacious, has two bathrooms, and includes all the comforts. It isn’t especially bright because it faces into the courtyard, though it does stay cool. We were lucky to find somewhere so handy for exploring the center without being caught up in the evening bustle. We’d recommend it to couples and families alike.
