The hotel manager Erik and Francesc at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here. I also loved the little candy bar in the lobby, especially the marshmallows and gummy bears, and the location is central. Breakfast was really good, the robes and slippers were so soft, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the king bed was huge. The pillows were a bit flat, though I could have asked for another one. Our terrace faced the atrium, so there was no view. The TV made it easy to connect a Netflix account with a QR code. The Dyson hair dryer was nice, and there was a steamer, but its only working outlet was by the bathroom sink, with nowhere nearby to hang a dress. There were no hooks beside the shower either, so towels were across the bathroom. Walking over wet floors to get one felt risky, unless you draped it over the tub. The shower also leaked a little and wet the floor, though maybe that was just our room. I mentioned the hook problem to staff. Hooks by the shower would also have helped with steaming clothes. The layout seemed obviously designed by a man.

The way the staff looked after us is what we’ll remember most. My wife felt unwell when we arrived, and they made her a simple pasta dish; the next evening, they prepared vegetable broth and offered to go to the pharmacy for her. They were friendly, cheerful, charming, and very helpful. The hotel was immaculate and sits in the heart of the old city. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

My girlfriend and I went up to the rooftop at Tivoli Palazzo for a drink, and ended up spending the whole evening there. The atmosphere was great, and both the food and cocktails were delicious. Francesco gave us a really warm welcome. Amazing experience in the heart of Lecce. Highly recommend, and see you soon!

We spent four days here with the family and had a great stay. The rooms were incredible, spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, and the bathrooms were clean too. The location near Lecce’s main square is amazing, and breakfast was great, five-star quality. The hotel is brand new, part of the Tivoli portfolio, and had just opened in April 2026, so everything inside felt new. Paolo, Francesco, the reception staff, and everyone else were extremely friendly and helpful, clearly committed to making our vacation great. If you arrive by car, there’s valet service for 30EUR per day, plus a ZTL permit during your stay. Just give them your plate at check-in. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality experience.
