Horrifying. I booked the property through the website as Yellow Selection, but it was crawling with cockroaches. I left right away and asked for my money back. They refused, saying cockroaches around this time are normal. I only found out afterward that the property already had many negative reviews mentioning cockroaches. There is also a Yellow Loft-Selection listing on Booking.com, which appears to be practically the same apartment as the one listed on the Yellow Selection website.

The apartment was clean and centrally located, with typical Lecce architecture, and I had a great time there. I highly recommend it. I don’t understand the nature of the other negative reviews.
