The staff and receptionists were all so kind and friendly, a really good team. The hotel was clean, smelled amazing, and had great interior design. Our room was lovely and super clean, especially the view. Breakfast was good too, with lots to choose from. We’ll definitely come back. Recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay, with lovely lake views from a well-located hotel. Everyone on staff was friendly, especially Patrizia at reception. Thanks for all the recommendations. We’ll be back soon!

Anna at the front desk helped make this an unforgettable trip, with great suggestions for things to do and for our first dinner in town. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and its central location makes it easy to reach the trains and buses. A perfect base for exploring Lake Como and Lecco.

4/10
The staff were helpful and friendly, but the hotel feels tired and dated, like it’s stuck in the early 2000s. Our room was musty, the mattress was old, and the shower drain was broken. It’s also a bit out of the way in Lecco. I expected better.

Breakfast was elaborate and delicious, with breads, sweets, meats, cheeses, unlimited espressos, and plenty more. We were greeted every time we came in, and when I missed room cleaning because I was running late, the staff came back after I’d left and cleaned it anyway. That was so sweet and rare. The hotel is close to the water, and a back exit lets you walk all the way to the main lake. We felt safe and cozy, and would definitely stay again.
