Residenza Cece'

We'd stayed in this apartment five times between 2016 and 2019, and it was always a pleasure. It's fairly plain and simple, but the location is great and the terrace has a fabulous lake view. Since our last visit in 2019, though, the agent has changed. The new one was so appallingly useless, offensive, and self-obsessed that we left after just 2 nights of an 8-night booking. In 35 years of arranging trips around Europe, I've never met anyone like this. They completely ruined our visit to Lecco, and we won't be back. I feel sorry for future guests with bookings and for the owners, who clearly don't know who they've appointed to manage the property. It was bad enough that we'll start legal proceedings against the agents once we're back in the UK. Just avoid.
