Air Palace Hotel

The location worked well for me because it was close to work, though generally it’s outside the city. The room was clean, the double bed very comfortable, and towels and bedding were changed daily. Breakfast was good, with fresh tea and all sorts of coffee, Italian style. Internet was decent. The window blinds were a real plus, blocking outside light and sounds completely. For the price, I was very impressed.

We stayed one night with our three cats, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I was glad our modern room had no carpet, since I find carpet in pet rooms unsanitary. The bathroom was spotless and very large, with a fantastic shower and shower heads all around. We ate both in the room and at the restaurant; everything was well cooked, tasty, and nicely presented. Room service and restaurant service were both great. The sheets and towels were clean and had no smell. I’d definitely stay here again. It deserves all the stars it received.

The hotel is very close to Turin airport, and we had a good stay. Breakfast is simple and nice, and you can order a fried egg or omelette. Rooms near the main road can get noisy at night when vehicles pass. McDonald’s is about a 15-minute walk away.

The people working there were really nice and polite, and the restaurant is very good. Still, the big surprise was that everything we asked about had apparently broken down the day before, whether we wanted to know if they had it or if it worked. What a pity. They say there’s wellness, but the swimming pool was full of hotel guests jumping in, eating, acting wildly, and diving. That’s the opposite of what I’d expect from a wellness area, and the service quality is quite low.
