Lenno Villas

The studio is roomy and has a lovely lake view, plus a very large terrace with a table, chairs, loungers, and an umbrella. They even provide towels for the loungers. There’s a kitchenette, and the room itself is spacious. A few things need attention. There were spider webs when we arrived, and there’s no chest of drawers. The kitchen has no toaster, so making toast for breakfast isn’t possible, and without an extractor hood the smell lingers when you cook. The terrace has no roof or awning, which is a real shame since it’s been raining a lot and we couldn’t use it. Nice place, but a few changes would make it top.

We were especially glad that dogs are accepted, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The breakfast in the main building had lots of fresh, tasty choices. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. It’s also perfectly placed for the lake and the area’s most beautiful attractions. We had a wonderful stay in Lenno on Lake Como and are sure we’ll come back. Highly recommended!

A cheap place to stay in a good location, with air-conditioned rooms and access to the pool area. The pool area has changed from what the advertised pictures showed. Check-in is at the hotel around the corner, about a two-minute walk away. Lake views are partly obscured, and the WiFi can be variable. I’d recommend it.

The boat stop is close by, so it’s easy to visit Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, and other places. There’s also parking in front of the apartment complex. The apartment is nice and convenient, almost right by Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard.
