Getting to Lecce is easy if you have a scooter or bike. The camping is pretty basic, and the price feels high at €25 a night with electricity. The facilities are a problem: there are two toilet and shower rooms, but one shower was broken, and each toilet is in the same room as the shower. If someone is showering, you can't use the toilet. Some nights the restaurant serves a set three-course dinner for €25 per person.

The owners made me feel at home from the start. They're always willing to help and stay patient, and I felt very welcome at Agriturismo Arangea. It's surrounded by lovely nature, so I felt comfortable and safe there. The restaurant is a chance to try proper Italian cooking, and the Napolitana pizzas are delicious too. I'd happily return to Arangèa, highly recommend it.

Grazie mile!! It's a really lovely, clean place, and the people are friendly. Lecce is only about 25 minutes away by bicycle from here. Definitely recommend it.

The garden is lovely and the hosts are friendly. It's a very beautiful place, though the bathrooms and toilets were closed when I visited in December.
