Casina Fontana B&B

The rooms and bathrooms, along with the pool, were incredibly clean. The structure, rooms, pool, and garden all feel luxurious, and the whole place is peaceful. It's one of my best stays in Puglia so far. Breakfast could be better, though: it's mostly sweets and dry goods. I'd rather pay extra for a la carte options, like freshly prepared fruit, eggs, or other proteins. The staff are so kind, and we'll be back.

The pool at Casina Fontana was immaculate, really big, and such a relaxing place to spend the day. Our rooms were beautiful, with lime washed walls and a roomy bathroom. The staff were kind and attentive too. We had a great experience.

A very nice place to stay.

I booked two rooms at the beginning of August, paying in full for one in advance with the understanding that it would also cover the deposit on the second. When we arrived, the owner said he thought I hadn't confirmed that second room and had already rented it through Booking. He seemed chiefly worried about getting a bad review from the other guests, with no apparent concern for the trouble this caused me. The other couple who got the "extra" room even received a complimentary dinner on the terrace. For the next three days, the treatment was cold and unprofessional. He didn't greet us and was clearly rude whenever we asked for anything, leaving me uncomfortable throughout the stay. They only tried to apologize on the last morning, after seeing that there had been no issues with the other guests. By then, my vacation was ruined and I still didn't feel welcome. I can understand some inexperience with management, but guests should be treated with hospitality and respect. I won't return and can't recommend this property.
