The staff were friendly and supportive, and we appreciated that. Unfortunately, two nights here left us deeply disappointed with the hotel itself. At €150 a night, the cost felt completely unjustified, and the online photos and ratings gave a misleading impression of its condition. Our room was dated and poorly maintained, with walls that needed fresh paint. The bathroom was the biggest concern: there was visible mold in the shower and on the walls, and the floor stayed wet, perhaps because of ventilation or plumbing problems. The bedding didn’t breathe, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in the warm weather. We were also shocked to find a large snake in the garden just outside our room. We wouldn’t recommend staying until the facilities have had major improvements and renovations.

We had a pleasant little patio with our simple but nice room, though there’s also an option with a sea view. This small hotel is close to Tellaro, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The prices fit the generally high cost level here.

Stefano and Olga were a great help, sharing their knowledge of the area and nearby towns, suggesting places to see and things to do, and sorting out restaurant reservations for us. The hotel was quiet and easy to reach, with great service and a good breakfast served outside on the terrace. A very good place to stay.

Fiascherino feels like a lovely, lesser-known corner of Liguria, and the beach is just a three-minute walk down the steps across the road. We’d suggest a room facing the beach, though the garden rooms are nice too, and there’s an outdoor shower in the garden. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit narrow, but manageable even with a large SUV.

The sea view was lovely, the room was clean, and breakfast tasted great. The service was perfect, and everyone on the crew was so polite and friendly. I was thrilled with the place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Liguria. ❤️
