This recently renovated apartment is on a side street, very close to the sea and handy for all the shops. It's a magnificent spot, convenient but still quiet. Inside, there's a new kitchen with an induction hob for added safety, plenty of cookware and everything else you might need, plus a large separate bedroom with a really comfortable bed. There are lots of closets and cabinets around the apartment. The welcome booklet and instructions around the place are useful, and the small touches show how much Francesco cares about guests: two soap dispensers in the bathroom and two televisions on adjustable arms. Francesco was incredibly friendly and helpful, like an old friend. Thanks for the hospitality, and I hope to visit again.

It's less than a cigarette's walk from the beach, and the apartment has everything needed for a seaside stay. The photos online don't show how nice it actually is. Clean and recently renovated, I think.

A house with lots of character, just steps from a wonderful sea, and it has every comfort. The host was friendly and professional. We had an excellent experience and will definitely return.

We spent three days at the beach and really appreciated having it so close by. The house is very nice and sits right in San Terenzo's historic center. Recommended!

Francesco is a lovely owner who takes good care of his guests. This little house is cozy, warm, and sunny, and it's very close to the sea. Highly recommended. I'll be back soon, very soon. Thank you!
