The location made this a great value for us: right in the center and across from the beach. We were two adults with children aged 10 and 7, staying three nights. There's another, more natural beach about a five-minute walk away, and a coastal path with lovely views leads to Lerici in around 30 minutes, passing several other beaches. Casa Flora had the essentials and comfortable bedding. The shower is a little small and the decor isn't modern, but it was clean and very good for the price. A full renovation would naturally cost more. We loved our stay, and the hosts were kind and helpful.

The view is stunning and the location is excellent, and the owner was kind and helpful. Still, the house needs work. The kitchen needs a complete overhaul, the cookware is poor quality, and there's no countertop. The shower has no mat, the double mattress needs replacing, and there's neither a doorbell nor a light in the stairwell. That help from the owner isn't enough to make up for all of it.

You can open the window to admire the sea, and the beach is only a few steps away. The spot is very convenient, but the house needs attention too. Outside noise comes straight through the windows, so you hear everything and it's not a good fit if you need to rest. Some basics, like a bathmat, are missing. For a day it's manageable.

Elena gave us a warm welcome and suggested places to visit. She was also around if we had questions or concerns. The house is right on the lovely San Terenzo beach, and it was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for an easy vacation. Fantastic place, and unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended!
