We were disappointed by how the current owners handled things. When we asked about a refund for the missing breakfast, the current owner responded rudely and said we should be grateful we were allowed to use the kitchen. Half the appliances didn't work, including the dishwasher and oven. After a lot of effort, our group of 10 got only €100 back. We wish we'd been told 14 days ahead that breakfast wouldn't be provided and that so many kitchen appliances were out of order. We booked the villa for 10 people. It was beautiful, with five rooms, a pool, and a dream of a garden around the house. We had all been looking forward to the great breakfast and friendly owners, but on arrival learned that ownership had changed and breakfast was no longer included. It was still a nice stay, but the current owners get a big thumbs down.

Breakfast was a highlight for us: each morning they served a hearty spread made with fresh local ingredients, from muffins and fruit smoothies to jams, all homemade by the owners. The B&B is in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, with a large garden and pool that felt like a real place to unwind. The owners were wonderfully attentive and always available when we needed something. They also gave us valuable ideas for itineraries and restaurants. Every room was tastefully furnished and welcoming, with care in the details, comfortable beds, and impeccable cleanliness.

Lorenzo and Beppe made us feel at home during our two days here. They were so hospitable and shared good tips on what to see and where to eat. The breakfasts were impeccably prepared and a real bonus. The property has a beautiful exterior, with a large, well-kept garden and a pool. Our furry friend Balù had a great time too. Thanks for having us, we'll definitely be back. Massimo and Jenny

Full of character, this beautiful old villa has a bit of a Pippi Longstocking feel. The large garden around it has a pool and several places to sit, and it's all cared for perfectly. Highly recommended!

The owners were attentive and helpful when we came for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They booked dinner for us and arranged a personalized cake for the occasion. Our dog, Rocky, was welcome throughout the property, which is well connected to Arona, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it for a relaxing break in a fairytale setting.
