We had to scramble for another place at 9pm after the owner refused to accommodate us. We'd booked a room with a king-sized bed and pull-out sofa, with handicap access because my brother had a leg injury. When we got there, around 9pm, he demanded another 20 euro to make up the sofa bed. We insisted we'd booked it intentionally, since adult siblings don't sleep in the same bed, but he still turned us away. He was incredibly rude, speaking to us in dialect and using the familiar “tu” form. Avoid this place.

I'm reviewing the owner because we never got to see the property. From what I understand, it's a furnished garage rather than a property. Our engine failed, leaving us stranded in Molise with a newborn and a dog, and unable to get there. I explained what had happened and asked the owner if we could get a partial refund. He wouldn't listen and told me to contact Booking.com, who said it was up to him. When I called again, he said, like a 15-year-old, that he couldn't get a connection and hung up. He didn't answer after that. I texted, hoping I could avoid paying the penalty and losing €70 for a stay we hadn't used, plus another €70 penalty for who knows what, but he blocked my messages. The next morning I tried calling again. As soon as he realized it was me, he hung up. WHERE HAS HUMANITY GONE?

We were warmly welcomed to a spotless, spacious room close to the center, and the price was great, even with our three-year-old. It made an excellent stop on a long drive to Puglia. Thank you.

We stayed just one night, and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean to an impeccable standard, comfortable, and functional. The owners were the best part, so kind and friendly. Thank you.
