Perfect for a family vacation, the renovated apartment had everything we needed. It was close to the beach as well as shops, cafes and restaurants. Great place!

Carmen was a really nice and helpful host. The apartment was lovely and in a good spot close to the beach.

A really disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families with kids. We felt Carmen was aggressive toward us and treated us like criminals. When one of the children, who are 4 and 2, accidentally broke a glass lamp, she threatened to call the police and demanded 150 Euros. We eventually gave her 85 euros for a replacement lamp, but later that same day she emailed asking for another 85 euro for the same damage. The whole confrontation happened in front of the children, which felt insulting and abusive. There was also confusion with the Booking reservation because the app hadn't included the children. We'd contacted Carmen beforehand to ask for baby cribs. When we arrived, she was furious that she hadn't brought them and said she needed to add linen for the extra sofa the children used. We said we'd pay for the sofa, but she told us it was okay. After the lamp broke, she said we didn't want to pay for the extra bed or the lamp, which wasn't true. We tried to explain, but she wouldn't listen. Our reservation showed no tax for children of that age. The bathroom was dirty, with hair clogging the drain, and water spread across the room. Not recommended for children; the host and apartment felt very child unfriendly.

The owner was rude from the start. There'd been a booking mistake, so we needed an extra bed and were willing to pay. She was angry that we arrived late, though we'd explained we were tied to the train schedule. At checkout, one of the children tripped over a cord and accidentally broke a glass lamp. We apologized and offered to pay, but she accused us of disrespecting the property and made it seem as if we'd broken it on purpose. She said the lamp was 10 years old and sentimental, then searched for similar ones priced at 150 euros. We thought that was unreasonable and offered 90 euros, half the cost of a similar new lamp. She threatened to call the police and started calling them. We had to catch a train to the airport, so we paid the full 89.9 euros. Her aggressive behavior scared the kids, and we don't recommend the place. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest, too. After a shower, water pooled on the floor and had to be drained by hand to keep it from reaching the hallway.
