The location is excellent, just 100 metres from both the sea and the centre. The apartment is on the third floor of a five-storey building from the 1960s or 1970s. It has an older elevator and isn't accessible. The interior has been fully renovated, with new kitchen and living room furnishings, elegant white marble-like floor tiles, a bathroom with new fixtures and shower, and a new kitchen with a six-seat table, fridge, oven, sink, microwave, and washing machine. There's an entrance hall, a living room with a corner sofa and TV, two balconies, and two bedrooms, one double and one with four single beds. One balcony looks out on a beautiful avenue lined with lime trees. The insulation between apartments is poor because the building is old. To improve it, I'd replace the apparently original single-glazed windows with double glazing for better sound and heat insulation. The double mattress also needs replacing: it's sagging and extremely uncomfortable. A memory foam one would be better.
