Hotel Baia Di Levanto

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was handy, about 10 minutes from the train station and 2-3 from the beach. There was some noise at night. We were so tired that we slept anyway, but light sleepers might not find it ideal. Pretty good, I recommend it.

No frills, just clean, nice rooms and a new bathroom. Basic, but it has what you need. Massimo was super helpful, and breakfast at a nearby cafe was nice.

Massimo, the owner, was an amazing and very accommodating host. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning. The hotel is in a great location, on the second floor. Breakfast is served downstairs at a cafe/bar called Dolce Vita, which also has great drinks and food. Levanto is a good base for Cinque Terre: the town stays lively late, with bars and better restaurant options than Monterosso and the other four towns. You can hike to Monterosso and the other towns or take the train for 4 euros. Bonassola Beach is a 1 km walk, and worth looking up on Google Maps.

Massimo and Beatrice were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant, and they replied right away when we messaged through the booking app to ask about an early check-in. My daughter and I had been staying a block away, then decided to add another day because we loved Levanto so much. The hotel we’d used the first night was full, so we booked this one instead. It’s right in town, close to the beach, and has convenient private parking out back. The old building has somewhat small rooms, but they’ve got the modern updates you need. Levanto is a lovely little beach town with train access to Cinque Terre, and you don’t come here to sit in your room anyway. I’d stay here again and recommend it.
