Primavera

The staff were accommodating, and the location is good, but the property feels very basic and overdue for a refresh. The bedding and room looked clean, though there was no charm. The carpet and baseboards on the way to the room were very worn, and the shower had mildew. There was no room fridge. The safe wasn’t fixed down, so it could be removed, and the hair dryer’s frayed cord seemed like a fire hazard. The bathroom had almost no counter space, just one short shelf, and no hooks, which made it hard to use. We could hear conversations next door through the thin walls. We stayed two nights with our tour group. Hopefully management will update the place; otherwise I’d pay a bit more to stay elsewhere.

The staff were really kind and helped with train and boat questions, picnic gear, and beach towels. Rooms are simple but clean, with what you need and no extras. It worked well as a place to come back to between Cinque Terre adventures.

Camila and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome, and everyone was friendly. The hotel is right by the beach, with shops and good restaurants nearby. It’s also close to Genoa and the cinque terre. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The beach is very close, and the staff gave us great suggestions for exploring the Cinque Terre area. We stayed three nights at the hotel primavera with breakfast included. It was delicious, and every staff member was helpful and friendly. Room service was excellent and thorough, too. A fantastic stay for a good price. We’d happily come back.
