Villa Dalesco

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and really nice, and the location is convenient. The pool is nice too, though smaller than it looks in the photo. The mattress needs replacing.

The owners were easy to reach, and the place was very clean and tidy. It’s a lovely location, close to both the beaches and Lecce.

The staff were thoughtful, kind and always ready to help, and the whole property is carefully maintained for a relaxed stay. Porto Cesareo is only a 10-15 minute drive away. I spent six nights there, and the apartment was just as pictured, beautiful, clean and tidy. I hadn’t expected daily cleaning, but it was a welcome surprise. There are two pools: one reserved for B&B guests that was quiet and restful, and a larger one open to the public but set apart for privacy. Guests also have covered parking. A newer area has a restaurant, bar and pool, with a classic croissant breakfast served in the morning. We tried the restaurant too and really enjoyed it. Nothing negative to report.

Dario was available whenever we needed him, and you can tell how much he loves the work he’s been doing for so many years. Emanuela welcomed us, and we felt at home right away during our 3-night stay. The car stayed cool under the pergola in the parking area inside the property. Our apartment had every comfort, and the very friendly staff tidied and cleaned it each morning while we had an excellent breakfast. The location has been planned down to the smallest detail. There’s a private pool for the rooms near the entrance, plus two more pools a short walk through the well-kept greenery, one with a whirlpool and waterfall. They were spotless, with comfortable, chic poolside bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and great bar and restaurant service. We always had lunch there, trying dishes from across the menu, and everything was delicious. The restaurant setting is beautiful, in a luxurious chalet with huge sliding glass doors, comfy armchairs and tables and chairs around the property so you can enjoy all the amenities. These services are hard to find, so I highly recommend it and already want to return. See you soon, Villa Dalesco ♥️
