The breakfast really stood out: there was a big spread of homemade cakes and fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and hot drinks brought to the table. When we asked for vegan breakfast with a surprise, the staff made us a homemade vegan cake and fresh croissants. Their kindness and helpfulness impressed us, especially since other three-star hotels with higher reviews haven't given us the same experience. We made a last-minute reservation by phone after we couldn't complete it by email, and the staff quickly prepared a family room with bunk beds. Al Salus is right in central Levico Terme and has plenty of private outdoor parking, which is quite a feat for that location. There's also a small, charming garden with a hydromassage pool, plus an outdoor seating area with tables and sofas for breakfast. A free water dispenser is available in reception. Reception closes in the afternoon, but they provide instructions for getting in independently. Our assigned room was basic, with carpeting and a bathroom curtain instead of a walk-in shower. The hotel was planning a renovation for 2022, including the creation of family rooms, for guests who find the rooms a little dated. Our stay at Salus was more than positive, with excellent service and, above all, a great price. Thanks again for the attention.

The garden and outdoor hot tub are beautiful, and breakfast had an excellent selection. The family room's bathroom was new and had a multifunction shower. Other rooms were due for renovation in 2022. The rooms are a decent size and reasonably clean, though the building is older and needs some work here and there. The hotel is well placed for exploring Levico on foot, including the lake, just a few minutes away. There isn't a restaurant, only a bar and breakfast service. The new family-run management may not have staff available at every hour for extra requests, so check the stated hours. They're happy to share information when they're there. If you're out most of the day and just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep, it's a good option. We used the state holiday bonus, and the price was acceptable for any kind of stay.
