The wellness area was enjoyable, with a nice sauna, and breakfast was very good. We stayed one night to rest after a four-day hike. Our suite was nice and clean and cost 350 for the night, but a pool towel was 10 euros each, which seemed odd to me for a wellness hotel. I’d also just gotten my period when we arrived, so I asked whether they had a pad or tampon. They told me to walk to the supermarket, which didn’t feel very friendly. Even mountain huts provide them in their bathrooms. We’d looked forward to dinner after reading some reviews, but were disappointed. There was no menu choice, and after four days of quite heavy meals, I’d expected something more refined. The starter was chewy dough balls with cheese sauce, followed by beef stew with polenta and apple strudel for dessert. Honestly, none of those are dishes I would have chosen for myself.

Free parking was easy to find, with plenty of spaces. The hotel feels welcoming and has top-notch facilities, including two whirlpools: one indoors for relaxing whatever the weather, and one outside with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with lots of choices. There were fresh apples by reception too, which was awesome.

Everything felt new, and the facilities were great. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, helpful, and sincere 🥳🥳🥳. Breakfast was absolutely delicious 💪🏻😋😋😋, and they even had a juicer so I could make my own beetroot and carrot juice. I’ll definitely come back 😎😎😎😎

Our group was a big family, 10 adults and 3 kids, and the staff went above and beyond to look after us. The location is perfect for daily walks, and we could enjoy a beautiful view while relaxing in the evening. Food and service from breakfast through dinner were five-star. Definitely recommended!

The mountain views are great, and the breakfast buffet has a good selection. The receptionist was friendly and informative, while housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. It’s a relaxing, beautiful area away from the busy streets, but the village center and lake are still nearby. The place has everything you could need for a stay. I’d happily come back.
