Hotel Garden

The owners were wonderful and always ready to make their guests feel welcome. We had a great stay with the family, and I’d happily return. Our room was spacious and clean, and from it we could see the lake and the mountains around it. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with everything delicious, especially the homemade cakes. There’s plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the quiet in Levico. Highly recommended. See you next time!

The man looking after us was really good-natured, and we liked the hotel. It’s under new management recently. I’d say they could pay more attention to cleanliness and how the staff present themselves.

I couldn’t wait to leave at 6:00 AM. The music had kept us awake all night, and we left without the breakfast we’d paid for. I will NEVER come back. We arrived around 8:00 PM and heard music blasting outside. I thought it was a nightclub, not a hotel. In the lobby, about ten people, including the owners or managers, were dancing to loud music. It went on until 3:00 AM and could be heard in the rooms. I didn’t sleep at all, and at one point considered sleeping in my car. The rudeness was unbelievable. Is this how you look after guests? Shame on you. I’ve never experienced such rudeness.

The owner and reception staff were so kind and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and had something for everyone. We’ll definitely return, you deserve an extra star! The hotel felt cozy and welcoming, with lots of Christmas lights. Our room was clean, new, and nicely heated, with automatic shutters and a lovely little terrace. It’s close to the Christmas markets and Levico's historic center.
