New Luxury House on the Lake

We had such a peaceful, relaxing time here, with plenty of room to unwind by the lake and kayaks ready to use. Breakfast was lovely, especially at the tables right beside the water. It's a beautiful place to stay and a great base for exploring Lake Como.

Raffaella was a huge help throughout our stay, answering questions quickly and sharing tips. When we left, she even wrote out detailed directions to the airport. The ferry and bus were both an easy walk away, along with some good restaurants. We spent three nights here at the beginning of October, and the stay felt magical. The owners gave clear directions from the bus stop, less than a five-minute walk away, and check-in was quick and simple. Our room was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the water was breathtaking. Breakfast each morning had lots of good choices and another beautiful water view. I really can't recommend this place enough!

You can step straight from the B&B to the lake, right out front. It was a perfect spot for a quiet getaway in Como. The only thing I'd improve a little is breakfast, but otherwise it was 10/10.

Our balcony became the perfect little reading spot, and after a swim in the lake we could dry off in the garden in the sun. There are great restaurants just steps away, while Bellagio's bustle feels tucked at a distance. From the booking to the day we left, everything at Nest on The Lake felt dreamy. Constantino patiently and kindly answered my many emails and put me at ease. We were still amazed by the property, our room, and the lake when we arrived. We'd seen the pictures, but they don't do it justice. We'll never forget our stay. Thank you both for being such gracious hosts and sharing your oasis with my mum and me 😊
