Mr. Giuseppe and Mrs. Franca were so kind and welcoming, and the value for money was fabulous, especially considering their care and friendliness. Mr. Giuseppe even served brioches with lemon granita for breakfast, which we really appreciated, as well as homemade croissants with jam. Villa Francesca is in a scenic spot with an enchanting view of Licata's eastern bay, close to the harbor nightlife and restaurants. The brand new, spacious rooms have all the amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen television, and parking is convenient. It's an ideal base for a vacation in the Licata area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The two hosts are what make Villa Francesca so special. They're incredibly warm-hearted, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home with family. The villa and its location are beautiful, with lovely rooms, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and parking on site. We can't thank them enough for the experience and are already looking forward to August.

A fantastic experience. Mr. Giuseppe was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he thought of every detail. Everything was perfect, from the super clean rooms to the breakfast he prepared and served with care every morning. You can really feel how dedicated he is to this work and how much he enjoys being around people. Many compliments, absolutely nothing to criticize.

We stayed for 5 days in this beautiful, recently renovated place. The room was very nice, with a terrace overlooking the city. The only downside was that there was no breakfast during the days we were there.

Breakfast could have had more variety, though you could have more than one cup of coffee. The location in Licata worked well for visiting Agrigento and the coast, and private parking was available. Our large room had everything we needed, as did the spacious, clean bathroom. WiFi was fast, and the host welcomed us warmly and was helpful.
