Our short stay ended on a high note in Licodea Eubea, the final touch to ten wonderful days on the island. Carmilo and Gabriel welcomed us warmly and even invited us for a private tour the next day. Their secluded accommodation was ideal, well away from the usual tourists, and the town sits high in the hills with lovely views of the landscape. Gabriel speaks fluent English and made the visit especially memorable by taking us to nearby Vizzini to meet his friend, a museum curator. We really felt Sicilian hospitality, and the brothers did everything they could to make our stay wonderful.

Carmelo couldn't have been more helpful, starting from when we booked at il paesino. He picked us up at the bus stop and drove us into Licodia Eubea. Since we only had one night, he offered to show us around the town by car to save us time. The place was well located, with clean, modern facilities, and we felt completely welcome. He even took us out for breakfast the next morning. We're so thankful we chose to stay at il Paesino, and grateful to Carmelo for his hospitality. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this B&B.

A flat tire left us stranded in Licodia Euba, but Carmelo at Experience Il paesino B & B turned a hopeless situation into a lovely local experience in the Ibli Mountains. We won't forget the cozy rooms with separate showers or the Sicilian hospitality. Grazie Mille Carmelo!

Carmen and Carmelo Cafici are wonderful hosts. They combine local tradition and history with a real knack for adapting to what guests need. The accommodation is lovely and has every comfort, and the owner also offers great tours for anyone interested. Licodia Eubea is a rare gem, well placed for all kinds of nature and historical excursions. I recommend this little village to families, couples, and friends alike. Sicily is beautiful, but this place made it even more so for us. My family and I will definitely come back!
