Helios

We loved how close the sea was, and having an arrangement with Lido Blu Marine was a real bonus. It's a large, well-equipped beach establishment with lots of amenities we appreciated. The hotel rooms were comfortable and always clean and tidy, thanks to the attentive staff. The reception ladies were kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed them. Breakfast was amazing 😋, and the restaurant team were fantastic. Even with all the guest requests, they stayed smiling and attentive. Mary, the entertainer, is friendly and loves Rome 🤣. And Chicco the parrot added a fun, friendly presence to our stay. We spent a week at the Hotel Helios Gargano and had a wonderful holiday filled with relaxation, fun, and warm hospitality. We had full board last week and even spent August 15th here. It was a really relaxing stay, with nice rooms, excellent food, and friendly staff. The value for money is great, and everything was very convenient. Fabiana, our waitress, was always attentive to what we needed. Greetings to the owner, and thank you all, it was a pleasure meeting you. We'll be back, and I recommend it 🙂

Mrs. Ida, the owner, made us feel like family with her almost maternal care from the moment we arrived. The warmth and sincere hospitality stayed with us throughout our unforgettable week at Hotel Helios. Everyone looked after us so well. Fabiana, Matteo, and Lino were professional and kind, while Pina at reception was attentive, helpful, and loving. Mary the entertainer brought infectious kindness and made the days light and fun. We highly recommend Hotel Helios if you're looking for comfort along with a family atmosphere and genuine human warmth.

Everyone on staff was kind, and Mary from entertainment was top notch. We stayed for the last week of June, and there were just two things that bothered me. Our quadruple room was so cramped that my son slept with us, and his bed ended up serving as a place for our luggage. The meals were the other issue. Apulian cuisine felt underrepresented, with the same dishes every other day and giardiniera served as a side just as often. Such a shame.
