Two days before we left, they rudely told me my apartment was the only one in the complex without it, pointing to small print in the contract. They said they had more than 600 apartments to manage and couldn't check every reservation. In the end, my sister, who was already there, helped me get a discounted beach spot. I still had to pay, since they wouldn't accommodate us despite their mistake.
