The staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms were really clean. Breakfast was extraordinary, with lots of variety. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. 😍🤗

If you’re booking for more than two people, be careful. Our room smelled really bad and the AC didn’t work, or barely worked. We complained, and although we understand there wasn’t another room available, they didn’t offer even a small discount or a cancellation. The staff had spoken English and German perfectly before our complaint, then suddenly said they only spoke Italian and stopped communicating with us. Very unprofessional. If you get lucky, it’s an okay hotel for a cheap price, but I wouldn’t recommend this aparthotel.

We stayed at Apart Hotel Ponza with our two small children and had a great time. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. It made the holiday even more enjoyable. Highly recommend it for families!

We had a great holiday and would definitely return next year. Aparthotel Ponza is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, with a supermarket and pizzeria nearby for a quick snack or drink away from the busier part of town. The staff were helpful, breakfast was great, and the coffee was nice, which is rare. There’s closed parking on the ground level for a fair price. Our room was decent, though it could use some renovation or modernization. The air conditioning and terrace were great additions. A larger TV with smart features would have been nice for rainy days. Very good value for the price.

A neat, pleasant place to stay, with a wonderful breakfast and lots of variety. The reception employee was quick to respond and resolve issues.
