The houses are very old, and the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen.

We booked two apartments for a week because there were several of us, and both were fantastic. They were clean, nicely renovated and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The setting was quiet and pleasant. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach or town center, or around 5 minutes by bike. Our beach loungers ended up far apart at the other end, though, even though we’d expected them to be close together. We asked to have them moved next to each other since we’re a family, but that wasn’t possible. Apart from that, we were very satisfied. Great value for the price, and we’d definitely return.
Apartment 6 was spacious and bright, with air conditioning and plenty of comforts, though the shower and some other details could use significant improvement. The building sits in a quiet, green pine forest and is a little dated, but has good equipment, including large outdoor areas, barbecues and an indoor bike rack. The kitchen had a reasonable selection of cookware and dishes. There was a small flat-screen TV with terrestrial and satellite decoder, plus Wi-Fi. I’d said in advance that I needed Wi-Fi, but unfortunately they couldn’t get me online even after three days. Towels, sheets, floor cleaning tools and a clothesline were supplied, but no detergents or sponges. The cleaning was a bit sketchy, though acceptable for the price. One unrelated thing: a remnant of a swarm of bees had made a hive in the bathroom shutter box. I contacted a local beekeeper, who informed me, and it was all resolved without incident.
There were lots of spiders, and the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable. It has no shower stall, just a curtain and showerhead between the sink and the rest of the room, so the toilet and bidet are left completely wet after a shower. The apartment itself was nice and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of storage for clothes and other things. It’s convenient to get around by bike or car.
For four people, it’s a simple apartment at a good price, and I’d definitely come back. The price covers a parasol and two sun loungers on the beach. You do have to pay extra for the “quilts,” which are as thin as a sheet. I know that now, so I’ll bring blankets next time. Otherwise, it was fine, with Wi-Fi, a fridge, air conditioning, a small TV in the kitchen, and a balcony or terrace.
