There’s a large shared garden where children can play freely, and the apartment also has a small balcony looking onto the inner garden. It’s around 200 meters from the sea and a ten-minute walk to the center of Lignano Pineta. The living room is spacious, with a separate kitchenette, and there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six people. The apartment and its bathrooms and kitchenette have been renovated. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms, though not in the living area, which is the only drawback, if you can call it one. Highly recommended.

A really nice, brand-new apartment.
