Please pick somewhere else. It was filthy, with mold, bugs, broken doors, and old food left in the dishwasher. It looked like nobody had cleaned it at all.

The building was hard to get around because we already struggled with the stairs at the entrance. Since we both have mobility issues, we needed the elevator, but it was so old that we were always nervous about using it. Everything was noisy, and the mattresses badly need replacing. The large room’s furniture is dated and could do with an update.

The apartment feels cozy, though the furniture is old. When something breaks, they replace it right away if you ask. There’s no washing machine in the apartment, but residents can use one in the building. Parking is available, the beach is 10 minutes away, and the supermarket takes 5 minutes. Recommended for families with children.
