The rooms were fine, but even the bins had no liners. We’d just arrived, and then found out air conditioning suddenly cost extra, even though it had been advertised as included. Pool hours were very restricted too. For a room meant for six people, we got just one key set and one pool card, which was a real hassle. We won’t be back.
Bring just about everything yourself, you may as well move in with your own supplies. There was no toilet paper, internet, towels, bed linen, or sheets, and linens cost an extra €15 per person. Using the air conditioning was another €50. The walls and windows let through everything, the anteroom bulb was broken, and the TV is only 30cm. The agency says all this is in the description, which is outrageous. Never again.
There is a pool and a washing machine, which are the upsides. The place itself is old and feels worn for the price, with dated equipment, noisy neighbors, and air conditioning that rattled all night. The same points were repeated in the original review.
Set among pine trees, the place is very quiet, and the comfort overall makes up for a few faults. You can walk to the center of Pineta in 7 minutes, and the beach is 150 meters away through the pines. There are two supermarkets nearby, along with a restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream shop, and fruit store. It has a pool of its own. The downsides are no Wi-Fi, plumbing that needs attention, and somewhat dated condition.
Absolutely not. The furniture is so old that I dreaded sleeping there or trying to cook, and I never felt comfortable. It needs replacing, at least with new furniture. How much longer is it meant to stay like this, especially at these prices?
