Really good, though the doors bang and make it hard to keep things quiet during quiet hours.

The area is beautiful and the pool looks nice, but the apartment itself was a miserable experience. We spent 15 days in a basement unit made from parking spaces, and it felt like staying in a cellar. There was a constant ticking day and night, and we could hear every toilet flush. It was traumatic. With our two children, it was especially disappointing that you aren't allowed to dive into the pool. For what we paid, it just wasn't worth it.

There’s no staff member on site to answer questions, so you need to call for information. The building feels a little dated, though it does have a pool and parking. It’s in a fairly central part of Lignano Sabbiadoro and looks out toward the Punta Faro marina.
