We stumbled on this apartment, checked the reviews, and decided to try it. Glad we did. It was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Shops are a two-minute walk away, and the beach is just across the street. Like previous guests mentioned, there was a bottle of good wine on the table. The owner was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I recommend it!

The garden is a lovely spot for a quiet evening, with palm trees, flowers, and tables. Casa Zanelli is family-run, and the apartments are clean and well maintained, with a high level of comfort. Carolina and Antonlino are the ones who make it special, always ready to pamper their guests. You’re just 100 meters from both the free and paid beaches, with shops, bars, and restaurants close by and the town center a few minutes away. We’ve spent three years holidaying in Lignano, and Lignano Sabbiadoro feels like “Casa Zanelli” to us, a place where you feel at home.

Our small apartment, Origano, was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed, so we felt right at home. The owners were especially kind and attentive, and we’re grateful to them. Both the public and private beaches are only steps away, with various amenities nearby. We had a very comfortable, relaxing holiday, and would definitely repeat the experience!

We booked four apartments together, and arranging it was incredibly easy. Replies were always quick and friendly. The landlord and his wife were so welcoming. When they heard my sister had a milestone birthday coming up, they came by with flowers. Such a thoughtful gesture! Each apartment was very clean and practically furnished, with everything needed, and each had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome gift. If we holiday there again, we’ll definitely stay at Casa Zanelli. Many thanks to Antonlino and Carolina.

The owner was nice, and the apartment had everything we needed, including private parking. It’s very close to the free beach. We’d love to come back.
