Croce di Malta

The hotel bikes were great for exploring around. We stayed for five days and everything was excellent. Our room was nice and very clean, the staff kind and helpful, and breakfast was good with a nice range of choices. I'd stay here again!

We spent four days at the hotel and loved every minute. Breakfast was incredible, and the Covid-19 safety plan they had in place was one of the best I've seen on vacation. There was a swimming pool and a whirlpool, and the private beach spot was only 250 metres away. Bikes were free to rent, plus there were lots of other great things. We can't wait to come back in the next few years :)

We were there for a week, and the way the hotel handled a payment problem on our last day was appalling. Our credit card had gone missing, so we needed to pay by bank transfer, but management wouldn't work with us to sort it out. At 1:15 a.m. they called our room while we were asleep demanding immediate payment. They called again at 7:30 in the morning, and the receptionist shouted that we wouldn't be allowed to leave. Our car had actually been blocked in the parking area. We showed the bank confirmation that morning, and a helpful receptionist managed to convince management that the transfer was certified, so we could finally go. We felt treated like thieves. I never expected to end up in a situation like that.

I've stayed here three times now and will definitely return. The food is fantastic, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. There's free parking, and the beach is close by.
