It's a great spot between the beach and pedestrian zone, and the place was spacious and clean. But the building is very old and dated, with a lot of noise from both the street and neighbors. Other residents completely ignored the quiet hours.

The sea and beach view is sensational, and the place is right in the city center. Beyond that, the building seems untouched for decades: the paint is peeling, the hallway windows are almost bare, the furniture is ancient and some pieces are broken, and the bed frame looks like it belongs in a Russian prison camp. It's on the fourth floor with no elevator, and there isn't even Wi-Fi. The courtyard parking is supposedly for toy cars. Our marked space was only 1.65 meters wide, though no car is that wide. Four neighboring spaces had effectively been squeezed into three, leaving just a few centimeters for the fourth, but we still had to pay for it. In summer, Fridays and Saturdays bring the Megapyart festival to the city center, with singing late into the night even behind closed doors. For that kind of money, we'll stay somewhere else next time. This place feels like a rip-off.

The only real plus is the location, facing the sea and convenient for getting everywhere. Inside, though, it's old and badly maintained: the walls are peeling, the 1970s fixtures have never been serviced and won't even close, and the kitchen lacks basic cooking supplies. There's no bidet in the bathroom either. The price just isn't justified, and I was especially disappointed that the Booking photos don't match what we found. Maybe they're 30 years old. They should update them.

I'd recommend everything else, but the terrace could really use an awning for daytime.
