The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool is huge, so it was a pleasure to spend time here on our Lignano vacation. The rooms are spacious, bright and well ventilated. Staff and service were superb, beyond what I expected, and the smiling reception team welcomed us so warmly. With so much variety and such kind service, the bar and restaurant could keep you at the hotel for weeks. The boss also keeps an eye on every little detail, which helps the place feel like home. We called to book a room and got answers to all our questions. The price was very good compared with the other options, especially since we reserved only a few hours before arriving. It may not be a 4-star hotel, but it's definitely a very good 3-star place. Breakfast was a good buffet, even with sparkling wine, and the hotel is pet friendly. You can have breakfast outside with your dog, and there's a nice pool area with shade for dogs. Parking was available too. Most likely we'll stay here again next time.

The buffet offers lots of food, and the dining area is really pleasant, with glass windows looking onto the hotel garden and plenty of natural light. In the garden there's a children's park and tables for ping pong. The pool was meant to be there too, but it was being painted during our stay. I was disappointed because they had told me by phone it was included. It had no water, and there was no safety barrier, so someone could have fallen in. The rest was pretty okay. The hotel's exterior looked modern and tasteful at first, but the inside didn't match. The lobby was dark, carpeted and full of old tapestries. The rooms were cleanish, and the beds and bathroom were tidy and had all the necessary amenities. If you sleep late, the hot food they promise at the buffet has gone lukewarm, which wasn't so nice. Service was quite moody, honestly, and staff spoke only a little English. The price felt fair for my experience. I had a fairly nice stay, though I wasn't as satisfied as I'd expected. Recommended.

From the parking area to the bikes and pool, the outside looked modern and beautiful. Inside, though, it felt like going back 30 or 40 years. Everything was outdated, and the room was disappointing for what I paid per night. The bed was small and the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The toilet seat was broken and nearly gave way when I sat on it. The furniture was dated, and the mini fridge had few options. The stay wasn't worth the money, and this hotel should lose one or even two stars.
