Hotel Abbazia

The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The hotel itself was okay, but breakfast was terrible.

We come back every year for the Biker Festival. The rooms are spacious, lovely, and clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is super mega in the morning!

The hotel has a relaxed family feel, and the owner clearly cares about guests feeling looked after. The receptionist was patient, positive, and helpful, and the waitresses were always ready to assist with lovely smiles. Service from the whole team was wonderful. Our apartment had been renovated and came with a washing machine. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with a pretty balcony looking out over the pine forest. I’ve never had service this good. Best wishes to everyone from Angelika K., Andrzej K., Antoni K., from Poland.

Our room had a new interior, and although the hotel itself is dated, it was very clean. The pool is pretty and set among greenery, with a little outdoor play area for children. They also have beach loungers and umbrellas, plus free parking. If someone blocks the exit, staff will move the car if needed. The team is especially thoughtful with kids, providing bed rails, booster seats, and animal-themed placemats to make meals more fun. They also take food intolerances seriously, and the chef made special dishes for me. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive to small details. My only gripe was that the fridge didn’t get cold enough. Everything else was perfect, and we’ll definitely come back.
