Hotel La Parigina

When our car wouldn't start on the last day because of a battery problem, the owner came to help right away. That generosity was typical of our stay: the staff were so kind and helpful, dinner was always fresh and cooked with care, and breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with beach service and parking included. We had a really great time, and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for everything, this will definitely remain a point of reference in Lignano.

The owners make you feel like part of the family and are quick to help with whatever you need. Their kindness and generosity come with real professionalism and empathy, good service, and affordable prices, with many services included. The entrance is beautiful too. We were lucky to find this hotel, and now we have a permanent home in Lignano. Once you get to know them, you'll never want to leave!

Booking directly with the hotel meant sun loungers and parking were included. It's in a quiet spot at the end of the pedestrian zone, while still being very central. The rooms are a little dated but really clean, and the air conditioning is excellent. Breakfast was great too.

I checked availability for my dates on booking sites, then contacted the property through its website to ask a few more questions. They said it was full and that I couldn't book just one night in high season. But an external site still showed the date I needed as available. I came away feeling the staff had been rude and that the conflicting information was meant to keep the room for someone staying several nights. I couldn't book and am giving the property a negative rating. As a consumer, I'd suggest using external sites for more transparent availability and to avoid this kind of problem.
