Regina

The room's bathroom was quite large, and the cleaning service did a really good job. The rooms were clean, which was the biggest positive for us. Staff didn't really speak English, but they tried to communicate, so it was okay. We had the “COMFORT ROOM FOR 4 PERSONS,” and it was terrible. There was no window in the room, just a door to the “terrace,” which was really more of a long corridor with a window at the far end. There was hardly any light or air. When we arrived, I asked about changing rooms. They showed us another one and warned it was very noisy because of the disco below. Since we were travelling with our toddler, we chose to stay in the quieter room, though it wasn't quiet at all, so I'm not sure we chose well. The room had AC, luckily, but it was so dirty inside that I wasn't sure whether we should use it. The breakfast area had no windows either, and the ACs weren't running. The whole hotel made me feel trapped in a box. It's hard to get into the building with a pram or wheelchair. It can be done, but only by taking quite a detour. And don't be fooled by the tall building they show everywhere, the hotel occupies one floor on the first floor of that building.

A few minutes' walk from the beach, and the hotel gave us sunbeds and bicycles at no extra charge. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and vegetables, good coffee, prosciutto, and more. The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was cosy and clean. Great value for the price.

The beach is fairly close, and the hotel itself is nice.

The receptionist was really rude.
