Isola Terramare

Everything was clean, and the kitchen and bedrooms had what we needed. I did miss having a hairdryer in the bathroom. Each morning, or sometimes in the late afternoon, a neighbor would sing German songs and call out in a lovely voice. Even my son, who speaks German, couldn't make out a word. Still, we had a great time.

We were excited from the moment we arrived. Check-in was so welcoming and helpful, and the house was tidy and very clean. The furnishings were in perfect shape. When one more person joined us unexpectedly, they brought extra bedding over quickly. A lovely property, and we'd happily stay again! 🤗

Watching the sunrise with the sound of the sea and boats was priceless, especially during the late summer. These canal-side terraced houses are peaceful and well organized, with everything you need for a family or larger group. The homes are spotless, spread across three well-kept floors, and the owners are always available. A wonderful stay.

The terrace was small but such a nice spot, and we felt comfortable in the house. The beds were good, the furniture was great, and there was plenty of storage in every room. The kitchen is older but reasonably equipped, though there wasn't a knife. The dishwasher worked well, and the air conditioning had the house cool when we arrived. It's about 800 meters to the beach. The cleaning could have been better, especially in the bathroom, where the shower fitting was loose and the hose was broken. The real shock came during a storm: the whole upstairs bedroom window looked ready to blow off. We had to lift the entire frame together to stop the storm from smashing it in.
