We spent August in Lignano Sabbiado and I’d happily return. Most days were for the beach, with a bit of sport there from 11:30 to 12:00, which was great fun with the Italian music. We also went to two concerts. In the evenings we ate at restaurants, and the food was excellent. There were plenty of good shopping prices and a nightclub. Lots of hotels have gone up by the beach, with restaurants or pizzerias nearby. I saw two Luna Parks and a water park, though I’m not sure how many there are altogether.

The view was good and the location worked well, with parking available, but the service was mediocre. It’s low-cost accommodation, and you can hear a lot from outside and the neighbors when it’s windy. We won’t return.
