This is a budget, family-run hotel, so don’t expect chandeliers or porters to carry your suitcase. The older generation does its best, and the younger generation? Read between the lines. The owners are polite and helpful, though I wouldn’t say they go the extra mile. The food is solid. Breakfast has a good range of sweet and savory items, and all the cakes are baked at the hotel. Dinners are cooked to order. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, and the beach is 500 m away. One thing I found unfair was that guests in single rooms have to share an umbrella with a stranger, even though they’ve already paid a single-room surcharge. My umbrella partner smoked, which I didn’t appreciate as a non-smoker.

So happy I found this hotel, especially since it’s dog friendly. The rooms are big, the terrace is incredible, and the staff are so nice. I’ll definitely come back next summer, and every summer after that. See you next year! Zuzana

The location was my favorite part. In under a minute we could be on the main street for shopping, restaurants and bars, and the beautiful beach was at most a 3-5-minute walk away. The hotel assigned us our own lounger there, so we always knew where to go. Beach access was part of a stay that felt like great value for money, and we had our own parking space. We stayed seven nights in a single room and a double room. The double had a lovely terrace, and a connecting door between the rooms was very convenient. Both rooms were comfortable and clean, with a fridge and safe, and we didn’t miss a thing. The staff were competent, friendly and did a wonderful job. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection and was always replenished. The pool was clean and well maintained, though we prefer the sea. Families with kids have a playroom on the upper floor, and there’s a large, cozy roof terrace too. The organization was impeccable. Perfect service, perfect vacation! The family who run the hotel were kind and helpful, and the staff were very friendly. We had a few nice nights, with good breakfast and a wide buffet selection. Beach access was included in the price, and the parking lot was dog-friendly. They can’t be blamed for the city blackout on August 15, 2025, when the power was out from about 10 PM to 6 AM. What made us leave early was the hotel-wide AC failure the following day. It was unbearably hot for our dog, so we had to go home. The rooms could use some renovation too, since the AC units are old and don’t cool properly. Pool cleaning could also be improved. I ended up cleaning it myself.
