It's an older apartment building, and the condition varies from one part to another. The lifts are in top shape, while the doors, windows, and parking area are quite worn. The furniture is mixed too, some pieces are fine and some are tired. Since the apartments have different owners, my impression of the furniture may not apply to all of them.

The balcony was spacious, the kitchenette had enough equipment, and the Wi-Fi was fast, though limited to two phones for a week. Common areas were clean, maintenance was quick, and there are lots of services nearby in pleasant surroundings. The beach is very close, and there is also a pool area for small children. There were some annoyances. An apartment by the lift could be noisy at night. The home phone rang even when nobody was calling, probably because of bad wiring in the building. The underground parking space was far too small for a standard European estate car, so I had to park outside.

The sea view from the apartment was lovely. There’s also a swimming pool at the residence, set in a pleasant garden, and the apartment itself was very nice.
