The apartments are nice and the place itself is good. The housekeeper was rude, though, and shouted at my family and treated them disrespectfully. I hope he sees this and is kinder to people.

The hotel confirmed my booking, but then cancelled it. When I got in touch with the owner, she said it wasn't her problem and that she had nothing to do with the refund.

Warning! Bookings are being made for rooms that are then cancelled, and refunds aren't given. This has happened repeatedly, not just once.

The grounds are looked after well, including the condominium garden, and the pool was clean. A nice place.

I'm hoping to book one of these apartments for New Year's Eve. Could someone give me a working phone number?
