Residence Villa Laura

The owner was very friendly, and there’s a nice little garden with a barbecue. The apartment is a bit dated, but it’s comfortable and very clean.

There were seven of us, and the bathroom worked really well for our group, with consistently hot water and a shower. I had a wonderful three days at Villa Laura. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a lovely garden and a barbecue. The downstairs apartments are also handy for seniors since there are no architectural barriers. There’s private numbered parking behind an electric gate. The owner was kind, helpful, and respectful.

We asked for a very cheap place and got exactly that, so the high rating stands. Mr. Roberto was kind, and the apartment had two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely terrace and a leafy yard with trees and flowers, close to the center of Pineta. The vintage furniture was nice, and the bathroom had recently been renovated, though there were lots of household ants. The owner hadn't really got to grips with the Vileda cleaning program, and a thick layer of dust was left throughout the apartment. I’m glad we brought our own bedding, since I’m not sure what the owner would have provided. I’d respectfully suggest he stop doing tourism. Still, those issues didn’t spoil our few days away. We had a wonderful weekend, and the beautiful greenery kept drawing us outside and made the holiday feel complete. The pillows had some kind of springs in them.

I’m back for my second year and very happy with the stay. The apartment works well and is well maintained, the price is fair, and the owners are kind and very helpful.
